Supervise day-to-day PG operations, including resident check-ins, maintenance, housekeeping, and security.
Ensure that the PG is running efficiently, meeting safety and cleanliness standards. Provide leadership to the staff, monitor performance, and address any issues.
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in hospitality or property management.
Reconcile accounts and handle payroll. Assist with budgeting, audits, and tax filing.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. Previous accounting experience (preferably in hospitality). Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally).
